By downloading or using the Timer for Life mobile application (the "App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Timer for Life lets you create recurring timers and receive local reminders. You may use the App for personal, lawful purposes.
2. Your Data
Your timers and settings are stored only on your device. Deleting the App or clearing its data removes them permanently, and we cannot recover them. If you create an account, your timers are also stored on our servers so they can sync; see our Privacy Policy.
3. Accounts
An account is optional. Keep your password confidential and tell us if you think your account has been compromised. You can delete your account at any time on our account deletion page. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service.
4. Reminders Are Not Guaranteed
Notifications depend on your device, operating system and settings (for example battery optimisation or Do Not Disturb). The App is a convenience tool and should not be relied on for safety-critical, medical or time-sensitive obligations.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, its design and its content are owned by Timer for Life and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them except as permitted by law.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timer for Life is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from missed or delayed reminders.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
